Framing Hanley – Kenneth Nixon’s Tattoos

Kenneth Nixon‘s Tattoos. The young and talented Framing Hanley band loves not just the music but every form of art. And they especially express that through their tattoos. The band is made up of five people: Kenneth Nixon is the lead singer, Ryan and Brandon play the guitar, Luke does the bass and does the backing vocals and Chris is at the drums.

The band got its name of Chris’s fiance, Ashley, who sadly passed away in a car accident. They changed the name of the band to honor her.

They have had tremendous success with their first album which was released back in 2007 and they have been touring since its release date. The music is inspired from the reality of life, life in general and from the things that they experience or see other people experiencing.

Having a great feel for body art, most of the band members get tattooed to pay tribute to their family and friends with their body art. Most band members carry a tattoo that is a reminder of being part of the band. Others, like Wooten, has tattoos that honor his autistic brother and his mother, Chris has a tattoo dedicated to his late fiance and Kenneth Nixon who has a tattoo in the shape of a heart which stands for a relationship. The band mostly does their tattoos at Grade A tattoos in Ft. Wayne by a guy named Och. They think tattoos should haunt the ones that seek them, but in a good way.

Kenneth Nixon’s tattoos are exceptionally awesome and go really well with his emo hairstyle. He also admitted that every time he goes to get a new tattoo, people warn him that his career options circle around musician or bouncer at a strip club. He said that every single tattoo that he has actually means something and they reflect things from his life and things that he has been through.

Although Nixon has many awesome tattoos, there is not much information as to what they mean and he probably likes it that way knowing that every one of them has a deep meaning to him.

Of the tattoos that we know about, he has an eye with the word “Dream” underneath his left arm. He has a heart on his left arm, which we mentioned earlier, a hand holding a rose, with the words Just an apology on his right arm. He also has the word Obsessed written on the knuckles of both his hands. On the left side of his neck he has a tattoo with the words where words fail, music speaks and above some music notes. On the right side of his neck he has a bluebird saying Casus Belli which actually means Incident of War. Another tattoo that looks like a bird is on his left rib side area. And of course, one of Kenneth Nixon’s Tattoos, the tattoo that is the Framing Haley brand on his left and right arm.
