PostHeaderIcon Louisville man going to prison for tattoo on tot

Well we do get our kid’s ears pierced at a young age, an age where they can’t really say whether they would like their ears pierced or not, so why not get them a tattoo?! Only kidding, but this guy was obviously not kidding…

Now the 20-year-old Louisville man has learned his punishment. He was sentenced Wednesday to three years in prison.

Deitrick pleaded guilty in Stark County Common Pleas Court to two felony child endangering charges as part of a plea deal with county prosecutors. Read the rest of this entry »

Vajazzling: Bedazzlin your lady parts with crystals....

Jennifer Love Hewitt recently decorated her nether regions with Swarovski crystals, turning her naughty bits into — her words — a “pink disco ball.”

It’s called Vajazzling. Like Bedazzling, you know? That infomercial about putting rhinestones on your clothes? Only this is no denim vest enhanced by a handheld machine that you can get for just $19.95 if you call right now. With vajazzling, you go into a high-end salon, get waxed bare, and are bejewled below the belt. Read the rest of this entry »

PostHeaderIcon Earrings – Yesterday and Today

We like to decorate our ears. Try to forget that you had your ears pierced in a mall just as soon as you could talk your mother into letting you do it. Try to forget that you have given away as gifts more earrings than there are margaritas in Cabo. Consider from the perspective of an alien visiting our planet for the first time:

“They decorate their auditory recepticals with small bits of shiny metal and colorful rocks.” Read the rest of this entry »

These days, more and more women are getting tattoos. As more women decide to get tattoos, flower designs continue to rise in popularity.

The best thing about flower tattoos is the fact that there are many different colors and types of flowers – providing many different meanings as well. The flowers can mean a few different things, although specific types of flowers such as the rose and the Lilly may have a more specific meaning.

In general, flower tattoos have a connection with nature, bringing up thoughts and images of life and vitality. Anytime we look at a flower, we see the duration of life.  Flowers emerge from the earth and continue to grow on a daily basis. Then, the flowers bloom, knowing that they will later dry up and start to wilt away. Read the rest of this entry »
